A lot of us grew up training the same way: lines of cones, laps of the field, and waiting for our turn. It looked like training, but it didn't help much when the whistle blew on game day.
When we started KBFA in 2019, we wanted to coach the way we wish we'd been coached. So every session is built around the concepts behind the skills: when to dribble and when to pass, where to find space, how to read what's happening around you. Players learn the "why", not just the "how".
