Is this right for your child?

Club training has to cater for a whole squad. These sessions are built around your child and their position.

  • They're 13+ and committed to improving
  • They want to push for a higher level, like rep, NPL or a new club
  • They want more one-on-one attention than club training gives
  • They want to be more confident and effective in their position on game day

Training built around their position

Every session is run by a specialist coach with NPL1 and A-League academy experience.

How do I get started?
Fill in the enquiry form below. We'll be in touch to talk about your child's goals and book a free intro session, then find the right time slot and 6-session package.
What happens in the free intro session?
It's free and runs for 45 minutes. We start by sitting down with your child to talk through their goals and ambitions, strengths and weaknesses, and build their Individual Development Plan (IDP). Then we jump onto the field for a bit to see where they're at.
Is my child ready for this?
The most important thing is a willingness to improve. If your child is 13+ and committed to getting better, they're ready, whether or not they've had private coaching before.
One-on-one or a small group: which is better?
One-on-one gives the coach's full attention for detailed work. Small groups (up to 4) are what we like players to work towards, because they add match-realistic game scenarios. Your child can train with a friend, as long as they play the same position. We keep every session position-specific so players get the absolute most out of it.
Who will coach my child?
It depends on their position. We have different specialist coaches for each position.
How do the 6 sessions work?
One session a week for six weeks, at a set day and time. Sessions can't be rescheduled, but if you miss one we'll give you a credit for up to one session in each 6-session package.
Where are sessions held?
At 5Sports in Caringbah, in the heart of the Sutherland Shire.
